Blake Shelton’s Ole Red Bar in Nashville has only been open for about 7 months according to The Boot. But, it’s already being sued.

The Nashville Metro Historic Zoning Commission is suing over colored exterior lights. In line with its name, Old Red uses red exterior lights at night. As of 2017, these lights are prohibited in designated historic areas. Lower Broadway, where the bar is located, is one of them.

It doesn’t appear that the lawsuit is asking for any money. Just a change of the lights from red to white. So, hopefully it’s just any easy switcharoo.
