Department of Public Works crews have not been able to start working on the roads this week due to the rain and wet roads. Once the roads do dry, DPW will change up their game by using HOT-asphalt patches on the mega potholes we see all over the place. This is a switch from the COLD patches that are known to be a temporary fix. The hot patches are thought to be more permanent — be warned that cold patches will still be used in places. But we will have to take what we can get.
