The 39th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade Presented by Hoosier Lottery is Friday, March 15th at 11:30am starting at North and Pennsylvania Street downtown. Parade Tent Party at North and Pennsylvania opens at 9:00am and is Free and open to the Public and the tent is heated.
