Today is National Siblings Day, a holiday the majority of us can celebrate. According to U.S. News, it was estimated in 2009 that 80 percent of Americans have at least one sibling. Experts also say that the sibling relationship is the longest one many of us will ever have.

Most of us only have one or two siblings to love and or fight with.  Imagine having 68 of them.  History records Feodor Vassilyev as a farmer in Shuya, Russia during the 1700’s. But it’s his wife who caught the attention of the Guinness Book of World Records. She’s recognized as the most prolific mother ever after birthing 69 babies, snagging the world record for most children born to one mother.  You can read her story below.

Congratulations to Melissa Hunter of Alexandria, Indiana, today’s Smartest Hoosier Ever and as such won a pair of passes to enjoy Opening Day 2019 at King’s Island.  Listen all this week at 3:10 to win.
