It was a scary Friday for Drake White. The musician collapsed on stage while opening up for Scotty McCreery in Virginia.
According to CNN, he was rushed to the hospital. He updated fans on Twitter saying:
Hey friends- sorry we had to cut it short tonight. I’m getting checked out by some of Roanoke’s finest docs and will keep you posted. Thanks for your prayers and continued support. Love ya!

White apparently stopped mid-performance after feeling lightheaded and unable to stand up. No other update has been offered.
It’s unclear if he will take some time off while recovering.
