Looks like Carrie Underwood can add author to her very full resume. The country super star will be putting out a health and fitness book in 2020: Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the Fit52 Life.
As you can tell, it’s quite the title. According to People, Carrie will be introducing her Fit52 program. Apparently it isn’t necessarily a diet, but a routine that people can easily add into their regular lives. It’s all about simple, practical movements and choices.
In the book, she’ll also talk about her fitness journey and the pressure she’s dealt with from the media over the years to look a certain way.
