Florida Georgia Line were in town this past weekend for FGL Fest. And while they were here, they made a special donation to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
The donation wasn’t in the form of money, but in the form of a German Shepherd.
Turns out Brian Kelley and his wife planned to adopt the dog and named him Sarge according to CNN. But, they soon realized that he would make an exceptional police dog. So, they brought him to Indy and presented him to the department.
No word on if they’ll keep the name Sarge. The dog will be an explosive detective dog with the IMPD.
