Sugar Creek Twp. 12th Annual Fire and Life Safety Open House

3545 S 600 W New Palestine, Indiana 46163

This event is to promote fire and injury prevention and healthy behaviors. We gather the best health and safety advocates for all ages groups together and offer them a venue in which to share their vital messages. This is a free fun filled family day of learning new behaviors and information that could save their lives. By developing this event we are creating a safer community in which to live and work. This event benefits our country and surrounding counties as well. The first 100 children will receive free bike helmets. There will be antique fire truck rides. Live public safety demonstrations from our Law enforcement and Fire Service. Free Popcorn, Cotton Candy and face painting. Come visit with Safety Sam and learn about ATV safety. Take the great home escape challenge in our fire safety trailer. Kids can learn more about being a firefighter by taking the firefighter combat challenge. St. Vincent will have their Drive Now Text Later simulator to help us understand better the dangers of texting and driving. Lots of things to see and even more to do. You may even learn something new!
