Jack Shell is an Illini but proud to call himself a Hoosier. Follow I-74 about three hours west, and you will discover his Midwestern roots. Since the age of 17, Jack has been entertaining radio audiences in Peoria, Tampa, Louisville, Nashville, Detroit, Miami, and now back home in his beloved Midwest at 95.5 WFMS here in Indianapolis.
When Jack isn’t on the air, he and his wife Karen reside in Carmel with their rescue cat Libby. Jack is an avid cook and loves to sample Indy’s food and craft beer scene.
In addition, Jack loves watching sports and attending Colts and Pacers games, playing very bad guitar, and listening to all kinds of music. You might even bump into Jack running or biking on the Monon Trail or fishing at a nearby park during the summer.
Jack is proud to call Indianapolis his home and looks forward to meeting you at 95.5 WFMS events and country music concerts throughout the year, where you are cordially invited to take a “Shellfie.” Enjoy a fun ride home with Jack Shell every weekday afternoon from 2pm-7pm on 95.5 WFMS and be sure to call him and introduce yourself too!
