MOBILE APP REQUESTS
Step 1 – Fill out the App Request Form
The forms are located at:
https://www.wfms.com/apprequest
http://www.1045wjjk.com/apprequest
http://www.indysi94.com/apprequest
Unlike the G-Drive, these forms can be accessed from anywhere you have an internet connection. J
IMPORTANT NOTE: It does not matter which site you use to access the app request form, they aren’t station-specific. The form is the exact same on all three sites, meaning you don’t have to fill out three different forms if you have a promotion going on all three apps. This also means you can submit a WFMS promotion from indysi94.com/apprequest. The first section of the app looks like the image below. You can select the appropriate station(s) and proceed to the next fields in the form.

The app request form is very self-explanatory. It asks for info such as: stations, start/end dates, description of the promotion, URL associated with the promotion, audio/images associated with the promotion, etc.
The only portion of the form that may trip you up is the audio and image uploading fields. If your client has provided you with a 640×640 (“clipped” image in app) and/or 150×150 (thumbnail image in app) image(s) to be used in the app, this is the place you want to upload it. If they are having us produce the artwork in-house, this is where you want to upload their high-resolution logo. You can upload as many files as you want with this tool up to 25GB.

If you already have the audio spot associated with this promotion, you’ll want to use the audio upload tool shown below

If you’re lucky enough to already have your audio and visual files from the client, once you submit this form, YOU’RE DONE. If not, here are your next steps…
WARNING: THE FOLLOWING STEPS INVOLVE THE USE OF VCREATIVE. SORRY IN ADVANCE.
For those app promotions that did not have either audio, visual or both files we will have to use vCreative. The main reason for doing this is that vCreative will not let files or promotions be forgotten. Sending an email with the client logo/spot in it might get overlooked, but vCreative will be a reminder that action needs to be taken to complete the promotion.
If you did not upload artwork files here are important features you must use to complete the order:
- Choosing the correct Status.
- Needs Production: You’ve attached a client logo and the rest of the artwork (640×640 & 150×150) is to be created in-house using that logo.
- Need Uploaded: You’ve attached your client-provided 640×640 & 150×150 (and maybe a logo as well) and they just need to be uploaded to the app.
- Choosing the correct Ad Type.
- Mobile App Artwork is the correct ad type to choose when uploading your artwork files.
- MOST IMPORTANT: Adding an email recipient
- In the “email to” field, you must add: cumulusmobile@clipinteractive.com if you uploaded the 640×640 and 150×150 files.
- In the “email to” field, you must add: justin.ochoa@cumulus.com if you uploaded the only the client logo.

Now that your vCreative order looks like the photos above, you’ll submit it like usual. Once you get the images or logo to upload, here is how you add those files to the order and notify the correct person (listed in the ‘email to’ field)
To start, your order will look like this:
