Ever heard of Ice Cream Bread?
It’s an actual thing. Who knew? Even better, it only requires 2 ingredients! Yep. Simple enough, even for those who aren’t too savvy in the kitchen. Check out the recipe below!
1 pint of Ice Cream (any flavor, softened)
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
Mix the ingredients together and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. And you have dessert! Or carbs! Or a carby-dessert.
