Good grief, it’s hard to stay on the fitness track.
Deejays love free food, because it’s always around. A doughnut here, a Snickers from the vending machine there, and a million breakfast sandwiches in between that were dropped off as a nice gesture.
The struggle is real, folks.
Deb found a new 7-minute workout app (Hey, that’s a WHOLE SEVEN MINUTES!) and has been trying it out every day for over a week now. The wall squats are killer! Kevin has been hitting the gym since the start of the year, and Jim has been faithfully hopping on the treadmill a few times a week. We’re trying, at least.
