Time Out magazine has recently asked people to name the sexiest accents in the world. The British lead the list. Here are the rankings.
- English with 17% of the vote
- French, 13%
- Italian, 11%
- Irish, 9%
- Spanish, 7%
- Scottish, 6%
- Australian, 5%
- American, 4%. The same survey a few years ago found we had the SECOND sexiest accent. So I guess we are slipping.
- Brazilian, 3%
- Japanese, 2%
