If you were planning a trip to Chicago this summer via Amtrak, you might want to make new plans. Amtrak announced that they have suspended the Hoosier State line beginning on July 1 of this year.

According to IBJ, June 30 is when the current contract runs out and new funding hasn’t been proposed.

500 people who booked trips in July or after will be refunded.

Kind of a bummer because it’s a nice way to get to the airport or visit the city without worrying about parking.
