
See the girls in the picture here? They are holding sparklers and enjoying them as safely as one can, holding them at a distance as not to burn their flesh. This is the lighter side (pun intended) of the 4th of July when it comes to fireworks.
Of course, there are those who throw caution to the wind, and after a few beers in the backyard, all bets are off.
I’ve procured several fireworks mishaps videos on YouTube for a.) your entertainment (because let’s face it, it’s fun to watch stupid people in action), and b.) as a reminder to play it safe with fireworks this week.
