Earlier this year, 9-year-old Ayden Morgan got to meet his favorite singer—Kelsea Ballerini. According to The Tennessean, Kelsea’s music calms down Ayden, who has been battling cancer for most of his life, and makes him happy.
The pair met back in April where Ayden told Kelsea that he played guitar and piano. Apparently the meeting had such an impact on the singer, that she felt compelled to send him a special gift.
An unexpected package arrived to Ayden’s home. Inside was a note in a familiar handwriting. It read:
“Meeting you in St. Augustine really touched my heart, and I wanted to get you a special guitar to encourage you to keep playing and using your gift. All my love. Kelsea.”
As the note indicates, the package contained a white electric guitar, personalized with Ayden’s name in both writing and braille. To say Ayden was happy is an understatement.
