Getting up for work at 3 am gets a whole lot easier when you’re expecting a visit from Blue, the absolutely adorable 3-month old English Bulldog puppy who is in-training to become the next live mascot for Butler University.

I mean…LOOK AT THIS FACE.

Unfortunately, Blue’s visit to the 95.5 WFMS studios required his handler Evan, a 2015 Butler grad, to wake Blue much earlier than his usual start of the day. Blue yawned a lot during our visit, but he could have been growing bored with Kevin’s less than average quality jokes.

I mean, who could blame him? *Deb is nodding*

Blue officially takes over in May for Trip, the current well-loved Butler bulldog mascot who has certainly made us proud and will enjoy some well-deserved R&R when he retires. And just in case you didn’t get a good look at Blue’s massive cuteness factor, we’ve got you covered one more time.

All the feels, folks. ALLLLLL the feels. Blue’s visit absolutely made our day!!!
