Go Ahead And Pop Some Bubble Wrap — It’s Good For You!

We got a package in the mail the other day, and inside we found bubble wrap.  It didn’t take us long to start popping the packing material.

Experts say popping the bubbles can release stress and distract us from our worries.

Psychology professor Kathleen M. Dillon studied the effects it has on us.  She found:

“People who pop bubble wrap feel calmer and more awake after they are done than before they’d started … they also reported higher levels of calmness and alertness than a group that was not granted popping privileges.”

So in these trying times take a moment and pop some bubble wrap. Reduce your stress.

Eventually, life as we knew it will return.
