Amazon Suspended Nearly Four Thousand Accounts Amid Coronavirus

A lot of people are taking advantage of hard times right now and that’s just not gonna fly. CBSNews says Amazon has suspended more than 3,900 sellers’ accounts for violating their fair-pricing policies.

If you’ve gone online to buy essential items because you couldn’t get them in the store, you may have encountered ridiculously high prices. Online sellers are taking advantage of the current Coronavirus (aka COVID-19) climate by raising prices on protective masks, sanitizers, among other items in high demand.

Amazon has been working to scrub those from the site. They have enlisted a team to continue to monitor and suspend seller accounts that price-gouge.

Don’t be that guy. Nobody likes that guy. Not even the guy himself.
