RunDisney Has Created Workouts To Do While Watching Disney Movies

If you’re like us then you are probably tired of using the same exercise videos or Just Dance for your at-home workout, but Disney is here to help change up your workout routine!

According to Pop Sugar, RunDisney (Disney’s division that handles all the races inside their theme parks) are currently sharing new workouts to do while watching Disney movies. The first film they created a routine for is The Little Mermaid!

The workout includes five exercises to do at different moments in the movie while watching Ariel and her under the sea friends, which includes doing the following:

  • During “Mysterious Fathoms Below” – wall sit
  • When Flounder acts like a Guppy – 15 jumping jacks
  • Every time Sebastian acts crabby – 15 clamshells, each leg
  • While Prince Eric plays the flute – plank!
  • When you see a Dinglehopper – Five burpees
