Something you might not know about Blake Shelton is that he’s a board director on the Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Foundation.

This year, the foundation started a partnership with Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation with the goal of getting local foster families outdoors.

Since Blake is on the board, he joined the families for the latest event, which just happened to be at one of his farms.

The kids not only learned how to fish, but also how to clean their catches (something I still have no clue how to do). At the end of the day, everyone got to enjoy a big ol’ fish fry.
