Dog At Hamilton Humane Has Been Waiting Over 600 Days For A Home

Meet Taylor—she has spent nearly all of her life at the Humane Society for Hamilton County. Taylor came to the shelter at just three months old, and her second birthday is quickly approaching. That’s over 600 days in a kennel.

When Taylor first came in as a stray, she was treated for an upper respiratory infection. However, a doctor eventually diagnosed her with the doggy equivalent of asthma. So, she does require daily breathing treatments, but they are easy to manage and she takes them like a pro.

This little girl doesn’t even know that she has any health issues, and she does well at the dog park or on short visits with other doggy friends. While she can occasionally get along with other dogs, Taylor will most likely need to be the only dog in the household.

Since Taylor is young, she still has a lot of energy so older kids would be the best. She loves toys, playing, fetch, snuggling and treats.

Let’s help get this baby girl a forever home! If you’re interested in learning more about Taylor or meeting her, contact Megan at [email protected].

Taylor’s birthday is this Friday! If you can’t adopt Taylor, maybe you can get her something from her birthday wish list.
