Congratulations to Chris and Lauren Lane—the pair announced over the weekend that they are expecting their first child together.
Chris and Lauren got married last October and since then, Lauren has pretty much been ready to start a family. In fact, she told PEOPLE earlier this year, “I’ve always wanted to be a mom. I’m excited, that’s my number one most exciting next chapter.”
She also opened up to fans this summer, sharing on Instagram that she and Chris were praying for a baby. I guess those prayers were answered because even though she had no symptoms of a typical pregnancy, something told Lauren to take a test.
So she did, and it came back positive. Then she took about 10 more, and the result was the same.
