Masks

After nearly a year, the mandatory mask mandate in Indiana is getting ready to come to an end. Governor Holcomb made the official announcement on Thursday, March 23. As of April 6, the state will move from a mandate to an advisory.

According to WISH TV, decisions on masks, venue capacity and social distancing guidelines will be determined by local officials., private businesses and other entities.

There are some exceptions—schools will maintain mask requirements through the end of the school year. Additionally, they remain mandatory in state buildings and at coronavirus vaccination and testing sites.
