Hope you had a wonderful holiday weekend!
I made one of my favorite desserts, which also happens to be one of my most-requested when attending a family gathering. Even better? It’s sugar-free, a bonus in my own family considering my husband has been a diabetic since the age of 12.
Directions: (See graphic above for ingredients)

Cut the angel food horizontally in 3 separate layers

Mix together the pineapple (do not drain, keep the juice!), whipped topping, and dry vanilla pudding mix

Top each layer with the pineapple lush filling

Garnish with strawberries, blueberries, or both

PS. I found a tub of sugar-free Cool Whip in the frozen foods section at the grocery, as well as sugar-free angel food cake in the bakery section, already prepared.
