Early bird or night owl? According to research, one group of people tends to live longer than the other. Scientists say early birds are more likely to live longer than night owls. Early birds get the seratonin moving earlier and that tends to lead to better cardiovascular health than night owls who have more energy later in the day.
Science, also, says night owls are more prone to abusing alcohol and tobacco which cuts down our life span. But who has more fun?
