Throughout 2021, Jeopardy! had a slew of guest hosts including Aaron Rodgers, LeVar Burton and Katie Couric. Each stint was essentially an audition and some of the hosts were very vocal about wanting the gig full time.
But in the end, only one person would be picked to replace Alex Trebek after 37 years…or so we thought. Turns out there will be not one, but two new hosts of the beloved game show.
According to CNN, viewers will mostly see Executive Producer Mike Richards. He will be taking over the day-today duties, as expected by many fans. It’s safe to say that he and Ken Jennings were among the fan favorites.
However, Mayim Bialik will also have hosting duties. Viewers will see her hosting the prime time episodes and any spinoffs of the show.
The new season starts on September 13.
