The Indiana cheerleader that rescued the game ball last Thursday after it got stuck next to the game clock has signed a Name, Image and Likeness deal.
Cassidy Cerny signed a deal with sports apparel company Breaking T for a T-shirt that commemorates the moment Cerny was pushed above the backboard to retrieve the ball in Indiana’s first round game against St. Mary’s. The shirt’s caption says, “The cheerleader saves the day,” which is what CBS broadcaster Andrew Catalon proclaimed in his call of the moment.
