Kevin here … I was sent on a very important assignment, to taste the newest fried item at this year’s Indiana State Fair. Deep fried corn on a stick. I was up for the challenge!
When JDK first talked about this latest creation on the air, I made fun of it. I imagined it more like a corn dog, but I was wrong! The batter is much lighter. And yes, that’s mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese added at the end.
Shocker … I liked it! But then again, I like just about everything. See you at the Indiana State Fair. NOTE – the one in the video was a sample. They one you’ll get at the Indiana State Fair is like the one in the picture.
