Happy National Just Because Day!

So yesterday was National Dog Day and from what I understand today is National Just Because Day.  You may be wondering (I know I am) who makes this stuff up?   According to the “Just Because” website, the day atarted as a “family holiday” that has grown into an annual celebration across the United States. This day has been around since the 1950’s (although I’ve been around since the ;60’s and this is the first I’ve heard of it) and was created by a guy named Joseph J. Goodwin of California.  So as usual, I’m late to the party.  Please allow me to wish you a happy day today, just because!!   FYI…don’t get too crazy…tomorrow IS National Cherry Turnovers Day…and that’s a day I can get behind!!
