I love to bake, just about anything really. Cupcakes, cookies, brownies, 3-layer carrot cakes, you name it. A staple in my home is blueberry muffins or pancakes for breakfast. So, imagine my surprise when the muffins I made recently turned out like THIS.
4 or 5 ended up in this shape by the time they were pulled out of the oven. My youngest loved it.
Is it a platypus? Maybe a manatee?
Pretty sure I couldn’t recreate them if I tried, but it made for a fun morning.
