I thought I’d be helpful and post a checklist for turkey day when I noticed they all start with THREE WEEKS OUT. I ALMOST panicked, until I started reading the list (I’m not polishing silver or ironing tablecloths). I pretty much start at the weekend before section. Heck, I just ordered my fresh turkey this morning (thank goodness they still had one!) but I’m making my lists and checking them twice…and you should be doing the same. Unless all your making is reservations…then cheers to you!!
