Did you see this in the Star yesterday? Beginning July 1st, motorists who don’t pull over into the right lane when a car wants to pass you can be fined. EVEN IF you are traveling the speed limit. As a commuter, I see this all the time, but I have to say this is nuts! Just to recap—you can be arrested for traveling at the posted speed limit because the guy behind you wants to break the law and speed. Check out the details in the Indy Star article.
