Christmas, the season of hope and miracles.
Two years ago, this sweet 8 year old New York girl lost her entire family in an arson fire. Her injuries were so severe that she lost a hand and a foot, and suffered burns on over 75% of her small body. What the fire couldn’t take was her amazing spirit. The girls aunt, Liz Dolder posted a picture on Facebook a few weeks ago saying that all Safyre wanted for Christmas was to fill her small thrift store tree with Christmas cards. Her aunt asked her friends to please send a card, but her friends took it one step further. They hit the share button, and now Safyre is going to need a bigger tree.
