Heartbreaking news out of Orlando, where 50 innocent people lost their lives, and 53 others were wounded after a gunman stormed a gay nightclub early yesterday morning.
There are no words when these things happen, for it is senseless. Talking with your children about finding the helpers during tragedies is often therapeutic. And knowing how to help or where to turn can be overwhelming.
