‘I want to break up.’
Yeah, not exactly a comfortable conversation when you want to ditch your hairstylist. But, it feels a little slimy to just never book another appointment. How do you handle the situation? Here’s our 2 cents…
Jim: I’m in favor of cutting them off cold turkey. It’s a business, not a friendship.
Deb: I don’t agree, we share stories, our problems, etc. I think you owe them the courtesy of a quick message to let them know you’re moving on. Even if it’s a short text.
Kevin: You’re paying for a service. Do you tell the car shop when you decide to go somewhere else for an oil change? No. Just do it. No guilt!
