We should eat a slice of PIZZA for breakfast instead of cereal, according to at least one dietician. She says that they have basically the same number of calories, but pizza has more protein and will keep you full longer.
Her quote, “You may be surprised to find out that an average slice of pizza and a bowl of cereal with whole milk contains nearly the same amount of calories.” The main difference is that pizza packs a much larger protein punch, which will keep you full throughout the morning. It also contains more fat and much less sugar, so you will not experience a quick sugar crash.
