Candy corn has become a very polarizing Halloween candy. People either love it or hate it. Us?

So, when the three of us heard about a Wisconsin brewery’s newest fall-flavored brew, as in, Candy Corn Beer, two of us sort of……well…dry-heaved a bit.

Would you try it?

Jim says he would take a sip out of sheer curiosity, but Kevin and I are good with letting Jim be the guinea pig. It’s just not our thing. We like candy. We like corn. (Especially soaked in butter!) Just not together. Heck, I don’t even like beer, so adding the flavor of what I consider to be the worst Halloween candy of all time to the concoction isn’t going to enhance the beverage, in my opinion.

So, what DO we like this time of year?

Jim loves a good Tootsie Pop, Kevin is a fan of Reese’s-anything and I love me some Swedish fish, though they aren’t really Halloweenish. In fact, I eat them year-round.

Back to candy corn, for those of you who crave the flavor, you can now indulge in candy corn Oreo’s, Peep’s, M&M’s, Hershey bars, Hostess cupcakes & more, which means candy corn is now giving Pumpkin Spice-everything a run for it’s money.
