After 112 years, the could be in sight for Stein Mart. The company announced they were filing for bankruptcy and would be closing most, if not all, of their nearly 300 stores.

According to CNN, the main reasons for the filing are “changing consumer habits and the pandemic.”

Liquidation sales will start this week. There are currently Stein Mart locations in Carmel, Indianapolis, Noblesville and Greenwood.

No word yet on if any of those locations will remain open.
