SEXY CHICKEN (Weekend Bonus Edition of Deb’s One Pot Meal)

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup honey

1 cup wheat germ

6 large chicken breast halves

Instructions:

  1. Roll each piece of chicken first in wheat germ, then the honey and finish with a wheat germ layer. Chicken should be coated with both honey and wheat germ.
  2. Line a baking dish with foil, and arrange chicken pieces next to each other, skin side up.
  3. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes
  4. Serve with white rice (optional)
  5. Enjoy!
