No-Bake Energy Bites

I get asked for this recipe more than any other, so I thought I would share it once again! I made a batch of these energy bites last night, chilled them in the fridge, and brought them to work for breakfast to share with my co-workers.

They are always a hit!

NO-BAKE ENERGY BITES

Ingredients:

1 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup ground flaxseed (optional)
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (or vegan chocolate chips)
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Stir all ingredients together; roll into 1-inch balls. Refridgerate in a sealed container for up to a week, or these also freeze well!
