Deb’s One Pot Meal is EASY!

PASTA MEATBALL BAKE (Serves 6)

Dinner doesn’t get easier than this! You throw these ingredients into a casserole dish and pop it in the oven! I made this for my oldest son over the weekend and took a quick trip to his college campus. (He reported that it was a hit with he and his roommates!) Try it this week!

INGREDIENTS:
1 16 ounce box of uncooked rotini pasta (Or rigatoni)
1 24 ounce jar marinara sauce
3 cups water
1 14 ounce package fully cooked mini meatballs (If frozen, make sure they are completely thawed)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional: Parmesan, Italian seasoning, oregano, parsley

DIRECTIONS:
1) Add pasta, marinara, water, meatballs & herbs to casserole dish
2) Cover with aluminum and bake at 425 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until pasta is ‘al dente’
3) Uncover and stir; top with mozzarella & parmesan
4) Cover again and bake for another 10 minutes or until cheese is melted
5) Enjoy!
