Kevin here … I had a hankering for a good old pot roast. You know, the one with potatoes and carrots. Matt told me about a simple recipe using a crockpot.

You simply add the roast, potatoes, carrots, and then (here’s the secret) one package of French onion mix. Turn the crockpot on to medium and then walk away! That’s all you have to do. The cleanup was easy too.

Who knew Matt was just a good cook!
